HATBORO-HORSHAM ADULT EVENING SCHOOL

Overcoming Digestive Challenges — Acid reflux, also referred to as heartburn, is the result of acidic digestive juices from the stomach backing up into the esophagus. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), is a more advanced, chronic form of acid reflux. Did you know that between 4%-10% of adults experience symptoms of acid reflux or GERD on a daily basis, and in Western countries, up to 30% of adults experience symptoms weekly?  During this workshop we will be looking at some natural treatments to help overcome acid reflux and GERD by making changes to our diet, lifestyle, and routine.

The Anti-Inflammatory Diet to Improve Your Life — The root of many debilitating health conditions is inflammation that could be prevented by making better decisions regarding diet. The challenge is that processed foods are laced with inflammation producing ingredients and without the right plan, people will continue to suffer. During this workshop, you will discuss how to incorporate the Anti-Inflammatory Diet into your daily routine with the goal of improving the quality of your life and longevity.
